My daughter started the process of signing up. Now, to complete the process, something seems blocked. The page says "Your account is temporarily locked." FB doesn't recognize the computer and asks for her birthday. But when given the correct birthday the unlock doesn't work. Any way to do something else to unlock the account and get her going
